Terms & Conditions

1. Account Registration & Safety

• Accuracy: You must supply accurate and active name, email, phone, and delivery address details during registration.
• Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share credentials or temporary 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) verification OTP codes with anyone.
• Account Status: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that display fraudulent behaviors or are flagged by delivery personnel.

2. AquaWallet & Payments

• Wallet Top-ups: Customers can add funds to their AquaWallet balance through the online checkout gateway. Automatic wallet recharges are disabled, and all wallet loading must pass secure banking authorization loops.
• Simulated Payments: Payments made online represent simulated card, UPI, or netbanking transactions. No real funds are extracted, but the corresponding product balances are debited/credited dynamically.
• Non-Refundable: Balances loaded into your AquaWallet are non-refundable. They can only be consumed by purchasing products (water cans, spring packs, and dispensers) listed on the site.

3. Returnable Canisters Policy

• Canister Ownership: The 20L sturdy blue water cans remain the exclusive property of AquaHaven. Deliveries operate on a "can-swap" basis.
• Can swapping: For every full 20L can delivered, the customer must return an empty canister. If a customer is unable to return an empty can, a canister deposit is required.
• Damaged or Lost Cans: Customers must handle the cans with care. If a canister is lost, stolen, or returned in a damaged condition (punctured, excessively stained, or chemically compromised), a replacement fee of ₹150 per can is charged.

4. Delivery & Logistics

• Delhi Area Logistics: Delivery services operate within serviceable pincodes in Delhi (including 110001, 110002, etc.).
• Access: Customers must ensure delivery agents can access the specified drop-off location.
• E-Commerce Tracking: Real-time tracking simulated inside the customer dashboard offers approximate truck delivery coordinates on the city grid map. Arrival estimates are indicators and not rigid guarantees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Order Cancellations: You can cancel order purchases while their status remains "Pending". Once an order is "Assigned" or "Out for Delivery", cancellations are blocked.
• Refund Destination: Refunded amounts from cancelled orders are immediately credited back to your AquaWallet balance, not to original banking cards.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, India. All disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
